Kea House: Award-Winning Architectural Visualizations
The Kea House stands as a remarkable example of architecture thoughtfully integrated with its environment. Awarded the DOMa Architecture Awards 2013 – 1st Prize by jurors Iñaki Abalos, Alberto Ferlenga, and Kenneth Frampton, this project skillfully draws upon the characteristic features of the site and the island's traditional building practices.
Without adopting a historicist approach, the design thoughtfully maintains the existing flora, restructures the site's terracing, and organizes the house with volumes that are either independent or emerge as intermediate gaps. The acclaimed architects responsible for this design are DACE Architecture WORKSHOP.
The 3D architectural renderings for this project were meticulously created by MV VISUALAB, using a variety of reference images to ensure their photorealistic accuracy and detail. We are proud to present these architectural visualizations that perfectly capture the essence of this celebrated design.
